The exams will take place on
Tuesday 14th and 21st January
Your allocated date can be found on the door in the food room if you have forgotten it.
You are not able to change your date without discussing it with me
On your practical date you are expected to come to the food room at lunchtime to set up your equipment and set out your ingredients - no cooking/ chopping can be done at this time.
