You are expected to come into the food room at 1.15 to set up for your lesson


You must have all your ingredients, recipes and whites


The lesson will run until 4pm to enable you to complete the dish and choose serving plates


Exam week is 16th of June

For Monday 12th May you must be prepared with:

 

• Nutrition program completed for all dishes
• Research
• Outline of you time plan - order of work
