Tuesday practical lessons before the exam

13th May , 20th  May, 3rd June, 10th June




You are expected to come into the food room at 1.15 to set up for your lesson


You must have all your ingredients, recipes and whites


The lesson will run until 4pm to enable you to complete the dish and choose serving plates


Exam week is 16th of June
