tasting/ video/ quiz/ to help explain the information.
·
You MUST include the information included in the
criteria for your topic.
·
You can include additional information.
·
You will be given a grade as a group based on
meeting the criteria so it is important that all students pull their weight and
can identify which part they did.
·
The presentation should take approx. 20 minutes.
