150 g. strong
white bread flour
75 g. wholemeal
or granary flour
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. soft brown
sugar
1 sachet of easy
blend dried yeast
160 ml. warm
water
Vitamin C tablet

Grease the bread
tin.
Leave to prove for about 20 minutes in a warm place to prove
To tell if it is
cooked tap the bottom of the loaf and if it sounds hollow it is cooked. If it is not cooked place back in the oven
upside down.
