You only need to bring in the ingredients for the sauce you have been allocated.
List is on the kitchen door

A.

A few mushrooms
1 vegetable stock cube

Italian sauce
B.      
125g butter
2 egg yolks

1 tbsp caster sugar

Chopped fresh coriander to garnish

I am happy for you to change/ add to the  spices in this curry sauce – the school has all the spices for you
Curry sauce
