Ingredients for Thursday 18th September



Vegetable Platter  for one person


boiled carrot batons
boiled broccoli
boiled new potatoes that can be roasted




Basic ingredients needed


A small head of broccoli or share a large one with friends


A few new potatoes ( small potatoes)


I have carrots for you


Extension
Make an additional vegetable ( one portion ) to add to your platter - remember to add skills


e.g ratatouille, spiced beans, stuffed mushrooms, aubergines, cauliflower cheese
